Are there any other costs?
Our charges are inclusive of rates, all services, and security, you pay nothing more for the use of the room. Extra charges are for use of our own forklift and driver, opening the facility out of hour’s, day or night, or for your insurance cover. All customers must have their own goods fully insured, or utilise our low cost cover.
What if I can’t get my stuff there?
We also offer the service of removal of items, whether you want a shed, garage, flat or a complete, house moved in, we can sort it for you. If you pre-book, you can use one of our vehicles to remove your stock, collect it from your place of work or home.

Packaging stock items include:
• Folder Boxes
• Cardboard wardrobes
• Shelving
• Lever arch file boxes
• Crystalfile storage boxes
• Tape, Scissors etc
What if I’ve got heavy items?
No worry, we are all trained to use a forklift and we can deliver items into the unit from your vehicle, large or small, with our on site forklifts, we have got plenty of capacity. This item is charged on an hourly rate, please ask at reception for details.
Are we safe and are my goods safe?
• 24-hour security
• State of the art CCTV surveillance.
• Unit is intruder alarmed, with Redcare 24 hour call out.
• Fire protection alarmed, with passive smoke detectors throughout the building.
